Roger Quintero, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Founder & Clinical Director
“I started Climb and Thrive ABA to provide compassionate, high-quality care to support families to encourage growth while building skills for greater autonomy. As a BCBA and passionate advocate for children, I believe in building strong, supportive relationships with children and their parents beginning at the most foundational level expanding skills through a data-driven, systematic approach. I have a lifetime of experience working with children with Autism and have been both a practitioner working with children at varied levels of Autism and a family member living with a loved one who has Autism. I understand the necessity for collaboration and approach for s all of us to climb, thrive and succeed. My younger sister who has Autism is my inspiration. She is the reason I am passionate about ABA is because of my sister who has Autism she has inspired all of this.”

I look forward to speaking with you for your family needs. Please email or call me to set up a free, no obligation 15 minute phone consultation.
